  1. A very good looking image this is. Yeah, I know, we've had three featured Corruption objects, but this image to me seems by far simply of a much higher quality than other recent images.   2. We are in need of a new featured picture, and this is just perfect for it. While it wouldn't hurt for it to be larger, the superb transparency and the detail of the suit, as well as the color, makes it catchy and attention grabbing.   2. Wow, I don't know what I was on there. But what I did notice just then is the image title - it may be worth changing considering MP3.png looks pretty weird and confusing. "Dark Samus Metroid Prime 3" would be more suitable. Size is definitely fine though. :) -Melchizedek  talk 07:45, 23 January 2011 (UTC)
  3. Just addressing my above point on naming - that convention is used throughout the wiki, including already featured images, so is not grounds to prevent this image from reaching featured status. -Melchizedek  talk 08:12, 26 January 2011 (UTC)

  5. It's bright, attention grabbing and atypical of what we usually see in featured pictures. We normally see a character, or something similar with carefully done transparencies, but this is simply a great promotional artwork picture, as it is.   4. I really like the colors used in the image, it captures that very spacious feel of Metroid: a void with splashes of bright colors and specks of stars.
