Bilium is a small planet that shares its star with four other planets. It is inhabited by a sentient, gaseous "Global Exterminator" virus called Miteralis, which led to its being quarantined.

Bilium is one of the planets that can be scanned when the Space Pirates' Astronomical Holographic Projector in the Observatory of Phendrana Drifts is activated. It is shown being orbited by three moons.
