Command

Command refers to the highest levels of the Space Pirate hierarchy and its various subdivisions that oversee Space Pirate operations in Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. Different command sections referred to specifically include High Command, Facility Command, Security Command, Central Command, Mine Security Command, Operations Command, and Energy Command.
