Thank you, Metroidking, for reverting stolen writing from Wikitroid. Specifically my writing. Though, you do have my permission to use it. Spreading knowledge is important. Obscure 10:27, 23 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Sorry, but we do not accept any copied content from any other website. Any copied content is done away with. We're certain that all of it is gone, but if you happen to find any such copying, it'd be nice if you could point it out. *sigh* Some people really can't appreciate the existence of two wikis of the same topic, two separate encyclopedias with the same information told in different styles, different ways. Spreading knowledge is important of course, the idea behind this wiki is to collect and exert all possible Metroid information, but originality is also important. --Malake256 {Talk | Contribs} 23:29, 24 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Well, the offer still stands. If I wrote it all again, it'd sound fairly identical. And as it stands, this page could use... Well, anything. Obscure 17:34, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
The offer is a good one, but we are trying to avoid becoming a Wikitroid clone like several of their users have accused us of. I'm going to try to reword it myself, hopefully that will avoid the content being too similar. It probably won't turn out well cause I have no idea what I'm writing about, so if you find anything that I missed, feel free to add to it (you'll find it in my sandbox after I'm done with it). Also if you can give me something to go on in terms of when some of the things happen in Other M, I may be able to find it on youtube (will make it much quicker than watching someone play through the entire game). We are not at all a Wikitroid clone lol, the copied content was an exaggeration too, a minority of articles were copied (which as I've said have been dealt with). Really, Obscure, you are free to make any sort of edit you want to this page, it can't be a copy/paste or close to one however (will be reverted). And if it does turn out similar, it'll certainly be rewritten. But really you can write what you want, it's your wiki just as much as it is anyone else's around here --Malake256 {Talk | Contribs} 01:59, 26 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

You know what? I'm just gonna go ahead and join this site. I'm getting pretty sick of Wikitroid's corrupt admin. Obscure 10:06, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Alright, we'll appreciate any content you can provide. MKMetroid mf Sprite.gif 13:38, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Now you have a pretty fresh wiki to work with. MW is pretty small and relatively new, so there's plenty of room for exploration and creativity. --Malake256 {Talk | Contribs} 15:32, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Haha, how's that? I rewrote, expanded, and detailed everything I ever wrote out in list form on Wikitroid into a full freakin' summary. Obscure 23:33, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
It looks great, nice job.MKMetroid mf Sprite.gif 23:38, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Beautiful, beautiful, I give you A for effort :D --Malake256 {Talk | Contribs} 23:42, 31 October 2010 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Split[edit source]

  1. I am proposing that a separate article be created for the Deleter. The Deleter himself, while an alias of Pierce presumably, is an essential part of Other M's plot. I think the Deleter deserves its own article.- unsigned comment from Malake256 (talkcontribs)
  2. I concur. MKMetroid mf Sprite.gif 19:19, 12 January 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
  3. I agree. I'm sure most Metroid zealots will agree that James is the Deleter, but it really never was proven in the game. I support the split into two articles. :) Findow 09:48, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  1. I'm not sure if votes are considered valid considering how long the proposal has existed. Metroid4Ever 15:00, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
  2. Ooh! I got an idea! How about we split the article anyways and see if anyone complains! Lol --Malake256 {Talk | Contribs} 15:38, 2 August 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Do that! I doubt anyone will complain! :D Findow 09:09, 3 August 2011 (UTC)Reply[reply]
