Flame Jets protrude from the walls and ceilings of Magmoor Caverns, spewing streams of fire that hinder Samus's progress. She can sometimes avoid these by using her Morph Ball to roll beneath or between them. Flame Jets turn on and off periodically, with one notable exception in the Twin Fires chamber, so another method of avoiding this hazard is to simply wait for the stream to disengage.
