The Fake Chozo Statue is a Hard Core-X taking the shape of a Chozo Statue. It is located inside Sector 1 (SRX) and is encountered while Samus is destroying the X infesting the atmospheric stabilizers.

The Hard Core-X of the Fake Chozo Statue

After Samus blasts the statue's Item Sphere, it reveals itself as an X Parasite. Once defeated, Samus can absorb the Core-X to restore the Charge Beam ability.
