| |prerequisites=Be in Sector 3 section of the game. Happens when you double back and save after fighting the [[Rhedogian]] for the third time.

| |perform=Go to [[Sector 3 (Pyrosphere)|Sector 3]] and defeat the [[Rhedogian]] for the third time. Backtrack to a [[Save Station|Navigation Booth]] and save. Samus will be unable to enter a door farther ahead, preventing completion of the game.
