Ridley-X, or Neo Ridley, is the X embodiment of Ridley. It is created after an X attaches itself to and replicates Ridley's frozen carcass. After the X flees when Samus enters the room, Ridley's frozen carcass shatters. It is found in the B.S.L Research Station's Sector 1 (SRX). Ridley-X shows little difference from the original Ridley, even in terms of attacks since the X can also absorb the host's memories. Defeating Ridley-X rewards Samus with the Screw Attack.
