The Polluted Mire is a room from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It has a large tree in the center of it, surrounded by several platforms. There is a platform underneath the tree at ground level with a Light Beacon at the center. Surrounding the tree is a large pool of Dark Water, but it is easily avoidable using the Space Jump Boots. At ground level at the very north of the room is a Blue Hatch leading to the Gloom Vista.
