'''Power bombs''' are a variation of the [[Morph Ball Bomb]]. They appear in some of the Prime games and Super Metroid. The power bomb (in Super Metroid) cause a blast that covers the whole screen, and are needed to get to Mairida. In the ''Prime'' games, they have a larger blast radius, are capable of clearing away blockades made of [[Bendezium]] on [[Tallon IV]] and [[Denzium]] on [[Aether]], and are needed to open power bomb doors.
