::::Canonically, Ridley dies in ''Super Metroid''. However, the Ridley in ''Other M'' is accidentally cloned from DNA left on Samus's suit after their battle on Zebes, whereas Ridley-X is just a copy made from the dried (and frozen) husk of said clone once it's moved to the B.S.L. Research Station, so the former could count as an appearance, albeit barely.
