The Dark Missile Trooper isn't a particularly difficult mini-boss compared to some of the others in the game. All Beam attacks will damage it, but being possessed by Ing, it is especially weak to the Light Beam and Annihilator Beam. A charged shot from the Dark Beam also can be used to freeze it and instantly destroy it with a Missile. It attacks with missiles, as the name implies, but has a low response time, allowing Samus to dodge its attacks rather easily. Killing it will reward Samus with a Missile Expansion. | |||
