Glitches in Metroid: Other M

Game Ending Glitch (Japan Only)

Effect: Ends the game. Players are unable to leave.
Prerequisites: Sector 3 section of the game. Happens when you double back and save.
How To: Go to Sector 3 of the game and go past three grapple points and enter the red locked door. After reaching this, double back to save. You'll end up not being able to enter the door.
Notes: Nothing you can do to fix it. You need to get a new Metroid: Other M.
