When this idea was first suggested I was all for it, but after some consideration I don't think having our new [[:Category:Inadequate Images|Inadequate Images category]] makes the Picture Requests page outdated. On the picture requests page, we have thumbs we can easily scroll through all organized by issue, which I think is much easier for our Image Editors than a category.
