:Yeah, don't get hit. In truth there isn't a fool proof strategy against it (unless you are super skilled, in which case follow [http://www.metroid2002.com/echoes/boss_tricks_boost_guardian.php these videos]). Best thing I can recommend is to start out with the Light Beam, using charged shots as often as you can. When it starts boosting around the arena, go into Morph Ball mode and drop Bombs as often as you can to try to stop it from boosting.
