A Friend Credit, also known as a Green Credit, are credits obtainable in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption and Metroid Prime Trilogy. They are used to unlock special bonuses. These credits can only be obtained by recieving a Friend Voucher from another Wii. Friend Credits are the only type of credits that are able to be gained in infinite amounts.
Due to the closure of the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection on May 20, 2014, Friend Credits are now unobtainable as players can no longer connect their Wii software with each other.
