Sector 2 (TRO)

Sector 2 (TRO) is one of the six sectors aboard the B.S.L research station. This sector has a tropical climate houses a large variety of creatures.

Samus first visits TRO in order to download the data for the Bombs. Shortly after they are acquired, she battles Zazabi and acquires the Hi-Jump Boots allowing her to leave the sector.

The SA-X in Sector 2 (TRO)

Samus later visits TRO while investigating the source of the roots that were cutting off power to the station. There, she is attacked by an SA-X and forced to flee. After defeating Nettori, the source of the roots, Samus acquires the Plasma Beam.
