:::::No, your writings are not creative writings. You are writing informative facts about a game which's information is free to anyone to write about. Creative writings are opinion pieces, short stories, books, or basically anything that wasn't written for the distinct purpose of giving people information. Wikis are encyclopedias, same rules apply. :::::Throwing around legal mumbo jumbo? Wikia itself doesn't own copyright over the material the general public creates that is simply telling the facts from a material they do not own copyright over. As in, yes, Wikia owns the rights over it's user pages, community based pages, and theories/fanon. It does not own the text that is simply retelling the facts given to us by another property. Take ZI's walkthrough for Spirit Tracks. It is morally wrong to direct copy paste material - but this article isn't a direct copy paste, even if it seems some sentences may be, but it's not legally wrong under the CC license. What I am simply saying is, we don't support copy paste jobs, but the actual text on 90% of wikia's articles fall under public domain, which is part of the license Wikia uses. I am not saying that I support articles looking similar, but I am dissapointed in seeing your guys reaction. You are at our wiki, complaining about our article, instead of going to your own and making it better. Here, by the end of the day, come back and check out my superior work when I am through with this page. Nathanial Rumphol-Janc 22:31, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
::::::Yes, that is certainly the most mature thing to do, my good sir. Please continue referring to Laws and Legal issues as being "mumbo jumbo?". And Looking at this Wiki via third-person, rather proves that your Wiki is much more deserving of criticism than Wikitroid. I'm afraid your argument is a tad forfeit in this particular case. Perhaps you should allow Garlic Man to do your arguing for you, as he appears to be the only individual member of this Wiki to possess manners and a civil attitude, to the most of which I have seen. Thanks.

:::::::He was basically saying that you can't come in here posting a legal "fact" of which you know little information about other than glancing at a licencing page on wikia and expect people to just give in. Information is public domain, you have no legal holding over it. I really don't see why you guys are intent on making this such a personal issue. Leminnes
::::::::Thank you, another civil user. :) This is what I'm here to make sure of. That this little squabble remains civil in at least some ways. Refer to my second post on the Main Page's discussion page for more info. Thanks again for remaining civil. 23:10, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
:::Lemines, I believe you are mistaken. I did no such thing. As my #2 response to your previous unsigned comment states, the copyright notice was given to me by one of our Bureaucrats to post on his behalf. I'm merely a very prolific editor and admin, but he has a great deal more experience with this type of thing. Hope I could make that clear this time. Anyone with questions about our intentions on this little misunderstanding, please refer to the Main Page's discussion page. The conversation between Triforce and myself should clear up any misunderstandings. Thanks! 23:56, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
::It's nearly the end of the day, NRJ, and much of the plagiarized content throughout the article remains! :( ChozoBoy 04:28, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
:::I believe I've removed it all now. 07:46, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
::::Thanks, Ttfs. Odd that the admins weren't able to do it in over a day and half's time. :/ ChozoBoy 08:13, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
:::::They're probably just concentrating on other things. Most of them also administrate Zelda Wiki, you see. Nevertheless, I'm sorry that this happened in the first place. 08:53, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
::::Yeah, but they were able to discuss it on the Talk page plenty. If something like this had happened at Wikitroid, you could bet that the offending editor would get a stern warning/block. I just hope they aren't this lenient with stealing at Zelda Wiki. ChozoBoy 16:58, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
:::::*cough* You do know I run Zelda Informer, co-own/help run Zelda Wiki, and Own/Run Metroid Wiki, right? Zelda Informer is priority one, then MW, then ZW. I got some editing done on the page, but I had a lot on my hands yesterday at the three sites, plus a massive collaboration project. Whoever finished editing the page, thanks. I still think it needs some work, and more images, but we'll take care of it. As for "lenient" with stealing... lol. You realize that a lot of Zelda Pedia is stolen material from Zelda Wiki, right? We just don't care, because our license says you can do it, and it only makes us make our stuff at ZW better than what they took. Anyways, as for this wiki, no I don't tolerate copy paste jobs, because as is being shown even with just this small page, we can do things much better than the Wikitroid counterpart. It's just a matter of time for me personally. But as we grow, things should get better. I will still editing the page and planned to finish it today. We get like 200 hits a day bro, you just need to relax. Nathanial Rumphol-Janc 19:07, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
::::::Tried a Random Page to see how rampant the problem is, and found that your Morph Ball trivia was all directly copied from our article. Don't worry, I think that writing was mostly poor so it will be removed from Wikitroid and yours can then be "original". ChozoBoy 19:45, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
:::::::I haven't gone page to page yet. I don't like trivia anyways, as it can all be included in the main article text.Nathanial Rumphol-Janc
