This image is a screenshot of, or official artwork for, a copyrighted video game, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the company or person that developed the game. It is believed that its use here constitutes fair use, given that:

  • it is used in a non-commercial setting, and therefore is not being used to generate profit in this context
  • its use here does not significantly impede the right of the copyright holder to sell the copyrighted material
  • it is used in a largely unaltered state, where any editing has been done purely for cosmetic/display purposes
  • the original content of the image has not been modified, and it is not a derivative work

This is meant to be used on any Images uploaded that are screenshots from any game. However, any screenshots of in-game galleries should be marked with the {{Artwork}} template. To use this template, input:

*The second addition to this template is the "of" section. This is where you can input what the image is of. This part categorizes the file to specific categories listed below. If nothing is inputed, categorizing must be done manually. This is optional, but preferably used, mainly for categorizing purposes.

Description

The third option is entirely optional. It is used to add more detailed description of what the image is of. It can be used as such:
