::thebestmetroidfan, please don't concern yourself with the vandalism. When a user is banned their IP address is automatically banned. The problem with IP addresses these days is that they are easily changed and scrambled, meaning blocking an IP is really quite ineffective. Nevertheless, the staff is dealing with all vandalism issues, but they are commonplace and expected on wikis.
