'''Brinstar''' is a highly tropical, and humid section of [[Zebes]], located just beneath the planet's surface, known as [[Crateria]]. It his home to numerous types of vegetation (many of which, carnivorous), as well as home to over 60 percent of the planet's life-forms. Among it's inhabitants is also the saurian, [[Space Pirate]]'s militarian leader, [[Kraid]], located in the area's deepest points. Other notable creatures being, the [[Etecoons]] and [[Dachora]], of whom teach [[Samus]] how to [[Wall Jump]] and perform a [[Shinespark]], in [[Super Metroid]].
