Many trophies relating to the [[Metroid (series)|''Metroid'' series]] can be unlocked. An [[smashwiki:Assist Trophy|Assist Trophy]] in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl|Brawl]]'' has a chance of releasing a [[Metroid (species)|Metroid]] that drains the energy of foes. Also in ''Brawl'', a new character, [[Zero Suit|Zero Suit Samus]] can be unlocked and used as a character.
