Phrygisian

Phyrigisians are a species of ice manipulating creatures native to Phyrigis, a moon orbiting the planet Bes III.[1] This ability to generate and manipulate ice can be used in various ways, such as creating stalagmites and large ice floes. Ice can also be generated under one's feet in midair, allowing one to move about freely in the air. The Bounty Hunter Rundas, the only member of the species Samus has encountered.
