Redundant indeed, but not wrong. It may seem pointless and funny, but it's how references are. Although it might not be too useful, it is proper citing. Yeah, rules differ between wikis, and that can cause problems sometimes. But it's not much of a problem at all here. It did seem odd to me too at first, so I asked Melchizedek and he told me how it's done.
