However it is assumed that their headquarters is placed elsewhere, likely within a Federation base. Biologic Space Laboratories' true intention seems to be creating powerful, biological weapons for Federation use. This is reflected by their orders given to [[Adam Malkovich]] passed on to [[Samus Aran]]. Particularly their orders nearing the end of ''[[Metroid Fusion]]'', telling Samus to escape the B.S.L Station rather than destroy it. A [[Shinespark#Secret Message|secret message]] reveals that Biologic Space Laboratories does indeed have unknown intentions.
