'''Mining Station B''' is a room in the [[Agon Wastes]]. The room connects the [[Mine Shaft]], the [[Transit Station (Agon Wastes)|Transit Station]], and [[Storage A (Agon Wastes)|Storage A]], the last of which by a [[Light Beam|White Door]]. The room is split into a number of sections. The first section is accessed from the Mine Shaft. This section has little of interest, and leads to the right. It then opens into the center room. This room has access to all of the other sections. There is an Industrial-Grade Mining Drill in the center of the room. There is a [[Bomb Slot]] to one side that will cause the drill to begin to rotate for a short time. This is useless unless combined with another Slot in a later section. Two [[Kralee]] inhabit this center area. The south end of the room has a cracked section of wall composed of [[Denzium]] that can be destroyed with a [[Power Bomb]]. The door to Storage A lies behind it. There is another section accessible in the north. This room consists of a [[Half Pipe]], a [[Kinetic Orb Cannon]], and an entry of [[Luminoth Lore]]. The Cannon will launch [[Samus Aran|Samus]] to a high area that overlooks the main room. There is another Bomb Slot here that will raise the drill. If the drill is rotating from the previous Slot when it is raised, a section of wall will be destroyed to reveal a [[Portal]]. The Half Pipe leads up to a [[Morph Ball]] tunnel that will drop Samus on the drill, allowing here to access the newly revealed Portal. There is also a high ledge on the west side of the main room that can only be accessed by entering from the Transit Station. This ledge has the [[Darkburst]] on it. Once the Darkburst has been collected, two [[Pirate Aerotrooper]]s will appear. These Pirates will appear on all later visits.
