Mochtroid

Template:Enemy-infobox Mochtroids are cloned Metroids featured in Super Metroid. They reside in Maridia. Mochtroids are capable of draining energy, but they cannot latch onto their prey and their bodies are much frailer than other Metroids allowing Samus to easily defeat them.[1]

Mochtroids are the Space Pirates' first attempt at Metroid clones. These creatures, unlike the real Metroids, are easy to defeat.[1]
