Phrygisian

Phyrigisians are a species native to Phyrigis, a moon orbiting the planet Bes III.[1] They have the ability to spontaneously generate and manipulate ice, which can be used in various ways, such as creating stalagmites and large ice floes. The Bounty Hunter Rundas, the only member of the species Samus has encountered, generates ice under his own feet in midair, essentially rendering him capable of flight.
