Super Metroid is the first Metroid game on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was released worldwide in 1994.

Plot

Super Metroid takes place directly after Metroid II: Return of Samus. It opens with Samus following Ridley to Zebes. Samus must defeat four bosses along the way.
