Purpose
This is a variant of the {{cite}} template that is to be used when you're citing a manual for a Metroid game. This is to be used to cite sources, and should be used within <ref></ref> tags. This template will also link to Metroid Recon's scans of the manual.
Usage
{{Cite manual| quote | game |Metroid Recon's abbreviation of the game's name| page}}
Replace the parts in [ brackets ] like so:
- quote
- The exact quote that the person said.
- game
- The name of the game that the manual belongs to.
- Metroid Recon's abbreviation of the game's name
- The abbreviation that Metroid Recon uses for manual scans; m1 for Metroid, m2 for Metroid II: Return of Samus, m3 for Super Metroid, m4 for Metroid Fusion, mzm for Metroid: Zero Mission, mp for Metroid Prime, mp2 for Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, mp3 for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, mph for Metroid Prime Hunters, mpp for Metroid Prime Pinball, and metroidom for Metroid: Other M.
- page
- The page number(s) that the reference is pulled from (format: 54).
