''Metroid II'' has not been released, and it is unknown if and when it will (currently, there are no ''Metroid'' games on the 3DS) You don't have time to be lazy. ;) Nintendo does not have plans at the moment to release those GBA games to the general public, and you have to go on the eShop before midnight on August 11th if you want them for free, same for the NES games (actually, you'll have to do that if you want the GBA games at all).
