Zazabi

Zazabi is a plant-like creature found on Sector 2 (TRO) of the B.S.L Research Station. It jumps back and forth with Samus in the middle and will eventually attempt to pull the her into its body. If this happens to Samus can drop Morph Ball Bombs to free herself. Its outer body cannot be damaged, but if Samus can fire the Charge Beam or a Missile into the hole it attempts to pull her into, she can harm Zazabi.

Samus fighting Zazabi

As Samus damages it, parts of Zazabi will be destroyed, causing it to partially collapse, and eventually its Core-X will be revealed. Once Samus defeats and absorbs the Core-X, she can acquire both the Spring Ball and the Hi-Jump Boots.
