Shadow Pirate

Template:Enemy-infobox Shadow Pirates are Space Pirates specializing in stealth. The high amounts of energy it takes to power their cloaking generators prevents them from using beam weapons. Shadow Pirates instead ambush their targets then uses their scythes.[1]
Shadow Pirates do not register on Samus's radar, forcing her to use the Thermal Visor to detect the heat given off by the cloaking generators. Samus encounters them in Phendrana and in the Phazon Mines.
