Uniform Templates

I was thinking it would be nice if all of these templates had a standardized width (and approximately standardized height), so that they could be stacked neatly using a userbox table and still look pretty (guess where I've seen this). We could accomplish this by creating a standard Userbox Template which all future userboxes should use.

Also, there are a TON of userboxes here that have nothing to do with Metroid... Now, there's nothing wrong with that, but I think we should make a subcategory for those, at the very least, so all the Metroid themed userboxes don't get overwhelmed.
