30 Units of Light Ammo and 5 Missiles

Long range, incinerates enemies

The Sunburst is the Charge Combo for the Light Beam that appears in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It fires a slow moving sphere of light. If it passes by an enemy, a prominence will extend igniting it. Like the Light Beam, Ing and Darklings are particularly vulnerable to it. Due to its slow speed, it is best used against slower targets. The Sunburst will travel until it explodes, though if it impacts an object, it will explode immediately.

In Game Data

"Each Sunburst shot requires 5 Missiles and 30 Light Ammo. Sunburst is a slow-moving blast. It is limited against speedy and agile targets. The Sunburst can set enemy targets and objects on fire."[1]
