The Botwoon is a large aquatic serpent that lives in Maridia. The creature moves through holes in the walls, allowing quick transport around unwary prey. It is capable of firing projectiles from its mouth, but it tends to rely on physical contact as its main weapon. Its head it the only vulnerable part of its body. Samus encounters it when traveling through Maridia to find Draygon.
