Dark Bloggs are Ing possessed Bloggs. Like all Bloggs, Dark Bloggs are highly aggressive and like most Bloggs, Samus can defeat them by firing at its open mouth. The first Dark Bloggs Samus encountered were Blogglings, but immediately after possession they rapidly grew to their mature forms.

• While scans reveal that Dark Bloggs have lost abilities to fire sonic blasts, the only Blogg seen using sonic blasts is the Alpha Blogg.
