Dark Samus
Dark Samus was originally the Metroid Prime (creature). Metroiid Prime originate from the planet Phaaze and came to Tallon IV (4) by a leviathen. Metroid Prime got extremly powerful and it seemed invincible. but then Samus Aran was able to defeat it. Then Metroid Prime latched on to Samus Aran and took her Phazon Suit with some of Samus Aran's DNA and then Dark Samus was born.

Dark Samus in Metroid Prime 2 Echoes
Dark Samus First Appeared in Metroid Prime 2 Echoes and was seen obsorbing Phazon in Dark Aether, Samus tried to attack but Dark Samus destroyed the Light Crystal and Ing swarmed in and Samus barely escaped alive. Dark Samus was next seen in the Phazon proccesing in the Space Pirate Home base on Aether. Then Dark Samus and Samus engaged in the first of 3 epic battles in Metroid Prime 2. Samus defeated Dark Samus and Dark Samus turned into tiny molecules. The next encounter with Dark Samus was in the hydro plant of Torvus Bog as she reformed, made an evil laugh, and dissapeared again. The next encounter with Dark Samus was at the entrance to Sanctuary Fortress where Dark Samus destroyed the bridge and Samus had to find an alternative way accros. The second to last encounter and the second epic battle with Dark Samus was in the sactuary tower. Once again Samus defeatd Dark Samus and Dark Samus fell off the tower back down to Aether. The final encounter with Dark Samus was in Dark Aether when it was going to collapse and Dark Samus was very unstable and Dark Samus was overloaded with Phazon. After Samus hit Dark Samus with with a few rounds of missles Dark Samus went into an invincible form, or so it seemed, this form of Dark Samus gave her a huge weakness to Phazon and Dark Samus had to discharge Phazon constantly to keep from going unstabable and blowing up. Samus was able to Catch this phazon in her arm cannon and fire it back at Dark Samus. Dark Samus seemed destroyed and Samus escaped, but Dark Samus still lived...
Dark Samus in Metroid Prime 3 Corruption
After her defeat on Aether, Dark Samus's particles were picked up by space pirates trying to get the remainder of Phazon from the planet Aether. They unwillingly picked up Dark Samus's particles and Dark Samus was able to regain her form and upgrade it. Dark Samus, after regaining her form, killed 1/3 of the Space Pirate's on the ship, the rest of them were put under her control using "Dark Samus Phazon" and she began to gain power. Dark Samus then went to Phaaze, the sorce of all Phazon, and came back to her followers with a Leviathen, a seed of Phaaze. Dark Samus first put a Leviathen on the Space Pirate Homeworld and took control of all the Space Pirates. Then Dark Samus invaded the GFS valhalla, took the Aurora Unit 313, went to Phaaze, implanted it there, and took control over the entire Planet. Samus then launched 3 more leviathens. One to Bryyo, one to Elysia, and one to Norion. Dark Samus went to Norion to ensure the Leviathens impact. To bad for her Samus was there. Samus got the 3 generaters online with the help of the other hunters Rundas, Ghor, and Gandrayda and they went to the Cannon Control Tower. But Then Dark Samus came and infected all of them with Phazon. Samus prevented the corruption but the other three hunters got corrupted and Samus had to defeat each of them. The first and final battle with Dark Samus happens on Phaaze. Dark Samus uses a huge array of attacks, then after a few rounds of your hyper beam Dark Samus gets repelled and merges with the Aurora Unit. Samus destroys the Aurora Unit and Dark Samus, and Dark Samus is destroyed forever...
