Metroid 64 would have been a Metroid game for the Nintendo 64. It was revealed in an IGN interview Nintendo that they were unable to come up with any ideas for the game.[1] Instead of a game being released on the Nintendo 64, the next Metroid game, Metroid Prime, was released for the GameCube.
