The Vault is a room in the Sanctuary Fortress that holds the Screw Attack The room is essentially a air born cliff in which there are multiple machines suspending in mid-air. The Machine in the vault is a giant container to hold the Screw Attack, made by Luminoths, the only way to move the container is to make a path for the lasers to reach the machines.
