Yakuza is a spider-like creature located in the Reactor Silo of the Main Deck onboard the B.S.L Research Station. Samus encounters it while investigating why there has been a power outage on the station.

It attacks by firing fireballs and it can also grab Samus and slam her into the ground. Samus can damage it by firing directly at into its mouth as it is preparing to shoot its fireballs. After she damages it enough, Yakuza will start jumping through the air, dropping projectiles as it does. During this time, it can be damaged at any time by a shot to its mouth.

Once Samus defeats it, she acquires the Space Jump.
