Natural Habitat(s)

Luminoth Webbings are webs containing vulnerable green shells that act as obstacles, much like the Weblings of Dark Aether. Encountered on the planet Aether, they simply can be destroyed with one blast of the Power Beam or a stronger weapon. It can be assumed that they were created by the Luminoth. Naturally, they inhabit the Temple Grounds, but they also inhabit the Agon Wastes in the Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Bonus Disc.

In Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, they can be scanned but with no Logbook entry added. In the Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Bonus Disc, they are required for achieving full Logbook data. The Metroid Prime 2: Bonus Disc also names their Dark Aether counterparts the Dark Webbings, which are generated by Weblings.[1]
