Page "Space pirate"[edit source]

Hello The-Chozo! Thank you for your recent edits on Metroid Wiki! I just wanted to bring to your attention that the page you created earlier, Space pirate, already exists under the name Space Pirate. Because it was a duplicate page, it has been deleted. Please be sure to read our trusty Editing Help Guide for tips on how to avoid mishaps like this, especially the heading on our Getting Started page concerning Creating Pages. Feel free to contact me or another active admin with any questions you may have that are not answered in our help guide. We hope you stick around, and have fun on Metroid Wiki! Buildling Blocks for New Pages[edit source]

Hello The-Chozo! Thanks for your recent edits to Metroid Wiki! I noticed that you've taken an interest in creating some new articles and wanted to leave you a few tips:

  1. Every article should have an infobox at the top suitable to the nature of the article.
  2. Articles should be of adequate length, be well sourced with in-game data, and have appropriate images; if they don't, you can mark them with Notice Templates, such as the stub template for short articles, the sources template for articles that need sources, or the image template for articles that need images. That will let other editors know that the page needs help.
  3. Finally, be sure to add plenty of links to other articles around the wiki. For example, adding brackets like this [[Luminoth]] creates a link to the Luminoth page, like this: Luminoth.

Please endeavor to apply those techniques as you edit. Don't worry too much about mistakes; the admins and other experienced editors are happy to add anything that's needed. Thanks, and happy editing! Embyr 75  --Talk-- 21:33, 4 May 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
