The Phazon Site is a room in the Dark Agon Wastes in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is the Dark Counterpart of the Bioenergy Production.

The room connects the Bitter Well and the Watering Hole by Blue Doors and Ing Cache 2 by a Grey Hatch.

The room is relatively large, and has a number of sections. There is an elevator on the north side of the wall that can be used to go to or from the door to the Bitter Well. The center of the room is filled with deposits of damaging Phazon. Three Scan Terminals are scattered throughout the room. A number of laser beams to block the door to the Watering Hole on the south side of the room. These beams can only be deactivated by scanning all three terminals. One terminal is blocked by crates on the east side of the room, while another is in plain sight on the west side of the room. There are three moving platforms in the center of the room that can be used to access a high ledge with the last terminal. If Samus has obtained the Screw Attack, she can go to a high ledge on the east side of the room with the door to Ing Cache 2.

Bladepods are scattered throughout the room, and can be destroyed for health or ammo. If Samus returns later, four Dark Tallon Metroids will appear in the room.
