Phyrigis is a moon of the planet Bes III and home of the Phyrigisian race.[1] The moon's primary occupation is ice mining, due to its arctic landscape.[1] The Phyrigisian race has the ability to manipulate and generate ice in many different forms, which is suitable for combat, as shown by Bounty Hunter Rundas, the only member of the species shown in-game.[1] Ice can be modeled into many different forms when manipulating it, varying from stalagmites to large ice floes. Ice can also be generated under one's feet in midair, allowing one to move about freely in the air. This move is technically impossible to perform due to gravitational force. This may purport that the gravity of the moon is considerably stronger than most normal-class moons and planets. Phyrigis has only been mentioned in Galactic Federation Data in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and the moon's home species has only been shown by Rundas.
