The Doomed Entry is a room in the Dark Agon Wastes in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is the Dark Counterpart of the Command Center.
The room connects the Feeding Pit Access, by a White Hatch, to the Double Path, by both a White Hatch and a Purple Hatch, and to the Oasis Access, by a Black Door. The room is first accessed from a one-way Portal in the Command Center. The room has a lower level that is littered with the corpses of Space Pirates and deposits of Phazon.
There are two large rock formations in the center of the room. The southern formation has a small structure on its side that can be destroyed with a blast to reveal a Light Lift Crystal that can be energized with the Dark Beam to lower the structure. Samus can climb on that formation to access the other formation and two higher ledges. One ledge has a Dark Temple Key and a door to the Double Path. The other ledge has the door to the Oasis Access. A Dark Preed can be found in the room on all visits. A Warrior Ing can be found in the room on the first visit, but is replaced on later visits by four Dark Splinters.
