The Dialanche, the alternate form of the Bounty Hunter Spire, is a hypercondensed orb containing high trace amounts of iron. Its protruding spikes enable Spire to climb surfaces and its dual retractable arms, made of titanium, can be used to damage enemies.

Just as the Vhoscythe uesd by Noxus is an evolutionary defense mechanism of the Vhozon, this transformation appears to be a natural defensive capability of Diamonts, rather than a technological enhancement.
