The Bottle Ship is a Galactic Federation vessel which is used for illegal activity. The main events of Metroid: Other M take place in this location.

Trivia
- Many similarities between Bottle Ship and the Biologic Space Laboratories Research Station. Both stations consist of specialized sectors Samus must venture through, both also sport discreet Metroid testing, and both hold the entirety of their respective games.
