The Echo Visor is the final visor upgrade in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is aquired after defeating Dark Samus for the second time in the Sanctuary Fortress. The purpose of the visor is to be able to see Sound Waves and locate Power Conduits, similar to the Thermal Visor. The visor may disorient Samus' vision because of the way it changes its visuals to black and white. However, the visor is very useful in defeating certain enemies and is required in fights such as Quadraxis and the final battle with Dark Samus.
