Ice Missiles are a Missile upgrade in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. They are obtained after defeating Rundas in the Temple of Bryyo on the planet of the same name. Ice Missiles are just ordinary missiles that can freeze enemies and Fuel Gel. They are Corruption's version of the Ice Beam and the Dark Beam, as the two beams could freeze enemies. Ice Missiles can open doors with White Blast Shields. If a Reptillicus throws its boomerang at Samus and she freezes the creature before the boomerang gets back to it, the boomerang will shatter the reptile and Samus will recieve a Friend Voucher.
